Shipping Costs
The shipping costs within Germany are free of charge (only mainland, islands excluded). For delivery to islands, we reserve the right to charge increased shipping costs or to cancel the order. In the following places we charge shipping costs of 30 €: Hiddensee, North Frisian Islands, East Frisian Islands, Helgoland, Neuwerk, Chiemsee.

All orders will be shipped via DHL, DPD, and GLS .
Shipping Estimates & Notification
As soon as the item is dispatched, you will receive an automatically generated email with the information of the logistics company and a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to track the shipment at any time on the official website of the logistics company.
The fulfillment of the delivery usually takes between 3 and 5 working days. The delivery time depends largely on the logistics company and can be delayed in rare cases. We thank you in advance for your patience and ask for your understanding that delivery will be delayed, especially in the event of force majeure (storm, snow, etc.).
If your order is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order. We will then work immediately to resolve this problem.
